I’ve been searching for a while now, for pretty and well fitting wraps so I was very keen when the lovely Alix from Cheeks and Cherries mentioned Olive Jane wraps. Something new to try!

The wraps are all PUL lined and hand embroidered, and feature fold over elastic which is used as binding around the entire wrap to provide a contoured fit which I found makes for the perfect fit. Much of the time Molly’s chunky thighs mean that wraps don’t fit too well around her waist but I found that this wrap is very well elasticated and fits neatly around her waist without digging into her legs as a result.

This great fit is what makes Olive Janes such excellent swim nappies. No water gets in and nothing ever leaks out! I simply used the cover over our usual bitti d’lish day nappies and away we went. Great fun was had by all with no nappy issues whatsoever.

We’ve been using the wrap regularly for a few weeks and it’s holding up very well, it’s as bright and pretty as it was the day it arrived. It’s had so many comments from the ladies at baby swim and I’ve recommended them every time.

Purely for how multifunctional the wrap has proven to be, I would personally say it’s worth every penny and will be buying more. I have struggled to find leak free nappies and wraps and as a result have found you just can’t put a price on reliability. Given that they’re also hand embroidered, these are pretty much a steal!
